Who is responsible for the processing?


Which personal data do we process?

  • Identification and contact details (e.g. name, address, e-mail, telephone).
  • Contract and invoicing data (e.g. orders, deliveries, payments, VAT data).
  • Communication data (e.g. messages via forms or e-mail).
  • Web and cookie data (e.g. IP address, device/browser data, preferences), in accordance with our cookie policy.

For which purposes and on what legal basis?

  • Customer and order management (including customer administration, orders/deliveries, invoicing, solvency follow-up): performance of a contract (Art. 6.1 b GDPR) and legal obligation (Art. 6.1 c).
  • Security, maintenance and improvement of the website: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1 f).
  • Direct marketing/newsletters: consent (Art. 6.1 a) or legitimate interest (Art. 6.1 f, where permitted). You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Statistical analysis (anonymised where possible): legitimate interest (Art. 6.1 f).

With whom do we share your data?

  • Internal staff who require access based on their role (confidentiality).
